The Cath Conference Series, organized by the CASPIAN Heart Foundation, is an ongoing academic platform dedicated to advancing cardiovascular science through interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical discussion, and continuous professional development.
With a renewed structure and educational approach, each conference is held biweekly on Thursdays and is accredited for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
Every session consists of two main components:
1. Case Presentation: Experts from the hosting center present and discuss a selection of challenging and instructive cases from various subspecialties. Case topics are drawn from a wide spectrum of cardiovascular fields, including:
Interventional cardiology
Congenital, structural, and valvular heart diseases
Cardiac and vascular surgery
Interventional radiology and nuclear medicine
Advanced cardiac imaging
Electrophysiology
Heart failure, transplantation, and related multidisciplinary domains
2. Cardiology Update:
A targeted update highlighting recent progress, evidence-based guideline changes, and major innovations in cardiology, prepared by the Scientific Committee and delivered by renowned specialists.
The Cath Conference Series provides a dynamic environment for cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, fellows, and allied specialists to exchange knowledge, discuss complex cases, and stay up-to-date with emerging trends in cardiovascular care.
